Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss was born July 23rd, 1971 in the city of Decatur, Illinois. LeAnne Kymes was also one of two the youngest Grammy Award recipients. Alison Maria Krauss - born on July 23, 1971, is an American bluegrass and country vocalist. Alison Maria Krauss started her career in music as a child, winning local competitions at the age of 10. The singer-songwriter recorded her first time at age fourteen. After signing with Rounder Records, her first album came out in 1987. She joined the group with who she still performs, Alison Krauss Union Station. They released their first album in 1989.
